Policies

In-Stock Ordering:
We offer many in-stock items that ship within a week.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order mails.  Please make sure you add us to your address book so you will not miss our emails.  We are unable to combine shipping. 

Pre-orders and Ship Dates:
We offer many of our items as a pre-order so that we can ensure we order the sizes our customers want. Pre-order lead times range from 45-100 days but could be delayed longer due to supply chain/courier delays.  For all pre-orders, the expected delivery date will be listed on the product description. 

We only ship COMPLETE orders.  

All pre-orders and non sale items that are returned, canceled or are duplicate orders are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.  Once you place a pre-order, an item is made specially for you and if you had not ordered it, it would not have been made. We ask that you double check your order very carefully before submitting to ensure all information is correct.

Split Pay Option:

If you choose our split pay option during pre-order sales, you will be charged a €5 split pay fee and are responsible for paying your balance invoice by the deadline of August 1, 2024. Split invoices will be emailed to the email that was used on the initial order.  If you do not pay your balance by the due date, you will forfeit the clothes ordered and the deposit you paid. There is a €20 late fee if you want to reclaim your order but we cannot guarantee that we will still have your sizes available.

Returns:

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE and not returnable or exchangeable.  

For non-sale items, we will accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of your order.   All non-sale items that are returned, will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Address Changes:

If you have an address change, please email us immediately at [email protected] and include your order number and new address.
