Refund policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from easyscreensavers. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.
To start a return or exchange, please access our return portal HERE.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return. If you are outside of that window but still within 30 days, you can exchange your item or get store credit. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

There is a 20% restocking fee for returns but that fee is waived for exchanges or store credit.
- Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not refundable or exchangeable. Items marked FINAL SALE on the packing slip are not eligible for returns.
Redo
*We now offer return protection for easyscreensavers orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you add this to your order (€3.98), you can ship any item in your order back to us for an exchange, store credit, or a refund (with 20% restocking fee deducted) for FREE.
If you choose not to buy Redo, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label. (It will be deducted from your refund amount or paid separately in the return portal).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please also include a photo of the issue so that we can evaluate and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
